  • Standard three-phase power supply 400 V at 50 Hz
  • Insulation class F
  • Mechanical protection: IP65-7
  • Class H resin-impregnated motor (ASTM method)
  • Improved NiCrMo steel motor shaft
  • Oversized bearings, lubricated with special “LONG-LIFE” grease KLUBER STABURAGS NBU 8 EP
  • Supplied unwired and boltless

The EA and EA-X range is extensive, offering speeds from 750 rpm to 3,000 rpm, with centrifugal forces of up to 10 kN for the most powerful model in the series.

The vibrations generated are suitable for a wide range of sectors: chemicals, quarrying, plastics, energy, civil engineering, recycling, food processing…

What type of vibration can be obtained with these electric vibrators?

EA and EA-X series three-phase electric vibrators are vibratory motors particularly used in industry. They control distribution and help prevent clogging or material build-up at hopper outlets. These electric vibrators are also used in a variety of processes: vibrating tables, sieves, conveyors…

Depending on their arrangement, two types of vibration can be obtained:

This is achieved using a single electric vibrator. This generates a centrifugal force that rotates around its own longitudinal axis, which it transmits to the connected structure, creating an elliptical motion. The vibration is rotational and therefore propagates in all directions.

Multidirectional vibration

This is achieved using a single electric vibrator. This generates a centrifugal force that rotates around its own longitudinal axis, which it transmits to the connected structure, creating an elliptical motion. The vibration is rotational and therefore propagates in all directions.

1b1-electric-vibrator-industrial-triphase-series-ea-eax-content-unidirectional-vibration-vibrafranceUnidirectional vibration

Unidirectional vibration is obtained by using 2 electric vibrators of equal characteristics, fixed in the same plane and rotating in opposite directions. In this case, the centrifugal forces created by the weights rotating in opposite directions generate a unidirectional linear vibration.

Unidirectional vibration

Unidirectional vibration is obtained by using 2 electric vibrators of equal characteristics, fixed in the same plane and rotating in opposite directions. In this case, the centrifugal forces created by the weights rotating in opposite directions generate a unidirectional linear vibration.

Here, the horizontal components are on the same plane and have equal opposite values. Only the vertical components are therefore effective, as they add up and the vibration occurs in this direction.

This method is also applicable to EB and EB-X series three-phase industrial vibrators.
