At Vibra France, over 30 years’ experience enables us to offer vibrating tables of all sizes. Made to order, our vibrating tables are always designed according to the load to be vibrated and the appropriate motorization, from the smallest model for 40 kg of load to be vibrated to the 40-ton pre-slab bench. What is a vibration table and why use it?
What does a vibration table consist of?
A vibrating table is an industrial installation designed to meet a wide range of vibration requirements. It consists of 3 components:
- A chassis fixed to the ground, equipped with elastic links such as shock absorbers or silentblocs to decouple the platform from the structure.
- A tray, sized to suit the items to be vibrated: molds, parts, gabions, etc.
- One or more vibrators, depending on the application.
These components are fully customizable, as Vibra France manufactures vibrating tables to order. The integrated vibrators depend on your needs: they can generate an omnidirectional vibration, perfectly suited to concrete vibration, or a unidirectional vibration, particularly effective for compacting materials, for example.
The electric vibrator(s) are supplied with 380 V at 50 Hz three-phase power, or 230 V at 50 Hz for smaller models. Our offer is completed by a range of tried-and-tested frequency inverters, adapted to the application needs of our customers. For example, a frequency converter can be installed to adjust the speed and centrifugal force between 30 and 50 Hz.

- Pressing and compacting materials
A vibrating table is ideal for optimizing your production. For example, using this device in a big bag filling station enables the filled material to be compacted, thus maximizing the load on the big bag, while limiting losses.
- De-sludging concrete
The prefabrication of concrete elements can also benefit from a vibrating table, since this device eliminates air bubbles in the concrete and compacts the aggregates. The result? Concrete of the highest aesthetic quality and optimal mechanical strength! Whether the concrete elements to be vibrated are small or several meters long, Vibra France can adapt to your needs.
- Vibration testing
A custom-built vibration table is also welcome in the laboratory, especially for efficient testing. It’s an indispensable tool for research.
Vibrating tables for gabions
Vibra France also manufactures vibrating tables for gabions. Once the gabion cage has been placed on the tray and secured with a belt, the whole unit is vibrated on the table. Vibrating the gabion compacts as much of the aggregate as possible. This vibratory behavior optimizes the gabions produced, making them more effective for soil retention!
